Seems they've had a major turn over in staff and now I have been receiving under portioned food the last few months. I threw my burrito away today after it being all tortilla with maybe a tablespoon worth of fillings. Will not be giving this location another chance after being a monthly customer over 5 years on my lunch breaks.
I've always received great service and food. Don't go during rush hours ... it will take a bit longer to get your food. I really miss the Enchirito, the Bell-beefer, and most of all the Beefy Tostada. It's interesting to me that they have all the ingredients for everything (except the bun for the Bell-beefer, was like getting a Mexican Sloppy Joe). Second time we’ve been here and it’s taking forever. No ice coffee no coffee at all. Sitting in line 20 minutes line won’t move. People backed out of line, 3 people literally backed out of the line. This is unacceptable. I ordered online and they can’t refund the food they don’t have and it’s taken 20 minutes to get one order of food!!WE WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS ONE EVER!! Too many issues every time!
