Just left there about a half hour ago.. the gentleman working drive- thru with the beard was awesome. Coffee was hot and the donuts where fresh, combined with his fantastic customer service skills !
We weren’t sure what we wanted to eat at first so we asked the man at the register to give us a minute. He glared at us the whole time we were looking, he looked really annoyed. We got our donuts, they didn’t have every flavor but that’s understandable, he said they were understaffed and they had a really busy morning. Placed an online pickup order. They ended up being out of most donuts. Long line of people waiting to place orders and/or pickup. Store was dirty looking, and employees seemed incredibly short staffed. They only had original, strawberry sprinkle and chocolate sprinkle at first, then had one of the new kit kat types.
