The last two times I ordered, it got sent to Uber to be delivered. And apparently Uber's GPS doesn't work...it didn't get my address right and neither of the Uber's could find my apartment. Is Jimmy John's no longer doing their own delivery?? This has been very frustrating.

I did a catering order for my boss since we had some prospective employee candidates in town and we provided them lunch. The order was complete right on time, everyone was nice and friendly, but most importantly, what stood out to me was the service. The young guy who brought all the food out to me actually carried it to my car while I carried the light box filled with plates, napkins, etc. I set the box down on my trunk to unlock my car and he put the food in AND he grabbed the...
