The food is always good!However I feel like the food was even better when I ordered off my app right there in the parking lot, then went inside and paid for my order before they cooked it, gave them a tip and paid them a compliment on how great their service always is every time!All these apps and call center phone numbers to place and order have taken the personal touch out of everything we do. Kudos to the guys and gals in Troy!
I ordered for delivery..the delivery driver drove down 47..I thought they maybe she drives to gravens road ..nope she went back to Troy ..drove to Moscow Mills where I'm located turned around and went back to Troy .thrn back to Moscow mills..I finally got my food ..and I had Cesar dressing with my salad and wanted ranch ..I order all the time here ..no clue what was wrong today..not to say I called Thomas and he hanged up on me ..that sure didn't make it better..
