Updated review: I went back to this place a few months ago and they were clean inside, things looked like it had been updated and they were polite and the food was good. I still prefer sakuras but since they change from the buffet to sakuras they dont have the same stuff and I was craving the egg foo young.5 Years ago: the few times I've been here it's pretty dirty looking inside. Food is ok, I've had better.
I haven't hadChinese food on a loooong time, but now that I've found this place that's going to change real quick. I had the lunch General Tso with an egg roll and an order of crab Rangoon. Everything was delicious. The friendly cashier helped me with all the info I needed (I'd never been here before), which led to a VERY pleasant experience indeed. I was surprised, since I consider these types of place to be the "fast food" of Chinese cuisine, but I couldn't have been more pleased.

Lady working the counter was incredibly nice. She was the only one at the front, though. She had to take mobile orders in between so the wait was pretty slow. Food was good, though. Standard Chinese American
