Went through the drive thru. Person taking order kept talking to more than one person at a time. Our order was very wrong when we got home. Please focus on one order at a time to make sure it is correct.
I'd like to thank Ashley for being so cheerful and upbeat, even though she was there by herself this morning. She has truly made our Sonic a better place. Beat of luck with the staffing issues !

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Union branch of Sonic drive-in Fast Food Restaurant. The Food tasted Awesome. The Customer Service was Fantastic. And The Shakes are Absolutely Phenomenal and in my opinion they are pretty Mind Blowingly good for how fast they get to the customer when someone orders one. You'd think they were either not made correctly or that they were premade because of how fast they get to the customers. The Customer's order gets out of the store...read full review
