My husband and I are visiting All the way from ATL and Pepper Was soooo sweet and attentive !! Let us taste every flavor we asked and wasn't bothered one bit!! Awesome customer service!!
Me and my kids really enjoyed the ice cream today. They have deals going on as well and the staff Marcia was very nice and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Ben & Jerry’s. After ordering a milkshake, I was handed it with the lid barely on and told to fix it myself. When I set it down to secure the lid, the cup slipped and spilled everywhere. I immediately apologized and started cleaning it up with help from my friend and even nearby customers—while the two employees stood by and did nothing.
Despite the spill being caused by the improperly placed lid, one of the workers asked if I was going to pay for it. I agreed and paid. Two minutes later, I returned to get a replacement. The second employee pointed me back to the original staff member, who clearly didn’t want to make it and had to be reminded by his coworker to do so. After they made the milkshake—messily—the first employee then told me I needed to pay again.
When I asked why, they claimed I “dropped” the first one and that they had used extra resources. I explained it hadn’t been dropped—it slipped while I was trying to secure the lid—and that I had already paid. The first employee then ASKED ME if I knew how gravity works and lectured me on how to correctly put on a lid. They never informed me ahead of time that I’d be charged again, even though both employees were fully aware of the situation while making the replacement.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one. The entire experience felt careless, dismissive and rude, and I left with a milkshake I no longer felt safe to drink. I wouldn’t expect this kind of condescension or lack of basic customer service from a place like Ben & Jerry’s.

Only thing...music just a little loud. though liked the choice even. The ice cream was great, the cone even better. Pepper was very friendly, and helpful, a real keeper.

Elianna was fantastic - very friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious that she enjoys her job. Justin was very nice as well. It did feel like the space could use a little touch up but other than that, we had a great experience!
