Elianna was fantastic - very friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious that she enjoys her job. Justin was very nice as well. It did feel like the space could use a little touch up but other than that, we had a great experience!

My Other half and I had taken my good friend to the Delmar Loop to window shop while we killed time waiting for our movie time, we decided that we came across Ben and Jerry's they were about to close but the amazingly awesome girl that was working that night was so chill! She let us come in even tho she was locking the door as we walked up. She let us come in and was so cool and very helpful with every question we asked and we asked a lot. She was so laid back and had no rush or annoyance in her voice or attitude! We got our ice cream and it was Tony the Tiger, Grrrreat!!! Thank you to the girl who closed on 9/27/24. (She told us her name but sorry I forgot it totally.)

I was very disappointed. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and they didn’t have any of the ice creams I wanted: no salted caramel, no brownie, no cookie dough, no chocolate chips.
$25 for three very small ice cream bowls (2 scoops) without tip.
The store was very dirty, floors, one table upsside down, I need to take the chairs out.

Went there intending to pick up 2 or more flavors pint size ice cream tubs, but they had a promotion and were giving away free ice cream cones to everyone. Thanks, guys! However , we tried asking, but we were not sold our tubs of ice cream that day. We had free ice cream but left empty handed. Bad for business. It's not too often we were at Delmar and gotten a parking nearby. Had to pass by Coldstone to take home some ice cream.
