Oh My....Where do I Start? The cookies are Very Addictive & Warm. The smell is very Therapeutic. The customer service was Superb. They sell ice cream but I did not try it this time. My 1st time trying the Irish Potato (Absolutely Amazing). Found A New Sweetness!!!!
I got the chocolate chip cookie and the snickerdoodle. The chocolate chip one was good. Snickerdoodle is usually my favorite, but theirs was not good. It has a bad after taste and isn’t worth the money. The chocolate chip was really small compared to the other cookies (and the price). I feel ripped off.My friend only had cash, but they “don’t take cash.” Like where do you think we are… China? What do you want me to pay with my fingerprints next? That’s so dumb. I ended up have to pay for my friend.If you wanna go here… don’t. If you go to crumbl cookie, your cookie might be raw, but at least it will be big compared to the price. Just throw that thing in the oven when you get home.

We ordered cookies, which were not delivered. The website said that they had delivered the order. We assumed that they delivered to the wrong address - after we called the business, we later discovered that they hadn’t delivered to the wrong address, they just didn’t deliver them at all. We asked them to deliver the order. After an hour we received some cookies, just not the cookies we ordered. The correct receipt was stapled to the box, but the wrong cookies were in the box. Upon calling customer service we were explained that the cookies we wanted were not available any more and they had thrown in “the next best thing” without contacting us.Honestly, I cannot believe I paid over $20 for such a ridiculous experience. Insomnia cookies are great, but maybe it’d be better to go to another location or pickup in person.

Just ok cookies in terms of taste. Way overpriced. They guy has messy hair and beard and I wonder how much of it end up on the food. Utterly disrespectful! Get a beard

I heard about the five nights at Freddy's "pizza" and wanted to get it immediately. They made it quickly and I really loved the taste.

Coming from out of state, When we walked up to the place, the worker (who was on the clock) was smoking outside, The cookies were decent, and it would have been better if she had gotten the order correct, she was more worried if we wanted our vegan cookie mixing with our others. 2 out of 4 cookies were correct and ended up with a peanut butter cookie when one of us could have had a peanut allergy. Workers need to be more aware of what they are doing.

What an absolute mess this was. I called in a delivery order through insomnia’s website at 9:24 pm and my order was never delivered. At about 11 PM I called for an update and they said the order never went out, but it would be out in about five minutes. At midnight I called again, but this time to corporate customer service. Luckily, corporate customer service was great. She gave me a full refund and a $15 inconvenience e-gift card.This was such a waste of time (hence the 1 star for this location) but I’m glad corporate offered a fair apology.

I wish I could leave zero stars the lady that works here is so rude and unprofessional the wait in insane for three cookies and I’m doing an Uber they’re getting everyone else’s order ready that came in after me then when I say something I’m the problem lmao when all I’m doin is my job ???

Waited 15 min, not one customer in line served. We were told nothing, then when I asked how long the wait was going to be, we were told there were a bunch of online orders still ahead of us, and it didn’t matter whether we ordered in person or online. Probably could have been kept waiting 45 minutes if I didn’t ask. Giving two stars instead of one because my other experiences here were better.
