Stopped in, apparently city Subways do not accept Subway coupons. Did not eat there.

I believe the cashier’s name was Alex who took my order. I was overcharged for a pizza after being told only two toppings were free, and that any extras would be charged as a cookie. It felt sketchy, but I still paid. Afterward, I noticed the sign above the register clearly stated that toppings are free for pizzas. When I brought it up, the cashier responded with an attitude and said, “the sign is wrong.”

Terrible customer service and dishonest pricing — 0/10. I do not recommend this location. Instead, support Gioia’s Deli — where the food is fresh, the staff is friendly, and the environment is clean. Most importantly, they won’t overcharge you for simply asking them to do their job.

The price is excessively expensive. I don't recommend it. I wanted to give him a coupon and they rejected it. They also gave it to me with a very horrible arrogance and even hair brought the subway

Couldn't even order food because they would only let me have white or wheat bread when they had all flavors baked they stated that bread is for online orders only it was 30 mins before close and they had several trays of the online bread I've worked at and managed subways for years and never would I turn down a customer over 1 loaf of bread when you bake new bread daily for the orders tomorrow

I ordered and paid online, I walked in there yesterday and the guy just starts yelling at me, after I never said a word. Last time I ordered online and came it to pick up the guy was yelling about how I can't use a coupon or ask for extra veggies. Subway is offering a promo online, and extra veggies are supposed to be free. The guy looked like he was going to cry. Idk what their problem is. Do not waste your time going here!!! 0/5 stars

IF YOU HAVE ANY DIGNITY YOU WILL CLEARLY SEE THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS NONE. Please become aware of my story as I do not wish for you to have the same one, HORRIBLE‼️ Recently visited the premise as it was most convenient due to the proximity. I was startled to find how unclean, and hot/humid the environment was. The server I encountered had horrible customer service skills, rushing through my food and seemed frustrated and standoffish for no reason at all. When asked why their food was covered the employee gave a very incoherent and jumbled reply along with a look of annoyance and exasperation.The high-beam flashing camera in your face was Extremely off-putting, but I have to say it DEFINITELY catered well to the theme of attitude and disrespect in the air. I really felt as if I wasn’t a valuable customer and being treated the equivalent of a (WALKING WALLET) was definitely disturbing and disgusting! However, this establishment clearly promotes this, as the server wholeheartedly embodied. I will instead take my business elsewhere and warn others to this type of TREATMENT so as to hopefully dissolve any future altercations as well. This subway as you could say left a very bad taste in my mouth and stain on their reputation.I gave them a star they barely deserved that. This establishment was 10/10 would Definitely NOT recommend.A giant red flag you can’t miss?.‼️?
What will management do to counteract this or is treating your customers like cash an acceptable policy?

Don’t come here. Sign in the door No hat, sunglasses, or hoodie. Also cameras right in your face at checkout. Ordered a footlong and they wouldn’t accept subway coupons. Have fun throwing my sandwich in the trash.

They were super nice, I couldn't wait to get the sub. Avais came and made sure the order was right.... Doesn't get much better than that when it comes to customer service... APPRECIATE the great tasting toasted Italian BMT with mayonnaise and black olives mmmmm.THANK YOU MR. AVAIS

Parking: A lot of parking, you can't beat the spaces available

Wheelchair accessibility: It's there but if you in a wheelchair you have a little to go to the he opening to get on the entry section of the entire places of business, but but the great tasting places to eat and other shops is great.
