Haven't been here because they don't have a real website. I look forward to being able to find out about this restaurant without having to give Instagram my personal information

It was absolutely above average service. My food was so good. The experience was amazing for a date.

This was an interesting restaurant. I had never been to a hot pot. It was a learning experience. Luckily, I know how to use chopsticks as they have no silverware or knives. The food was excellent about as much as you would expect to pay for a good upscale cuisine.

The hubby took me to dinner for our 12th Wedding Anniversary.
Food 7/10 - I got to try lots of neat new things.
Service 0/10 - we had to ask for bowls twice from an employee that wasn't even our server because I think he forgot we existed even though we were in the very front table. He was too busy flirting with some women who were seated next to the kitchen. I had to go ask for water refills after my husband's glass had been empty for 30 minutes. I got napkins for us from the server station after asking and never receiving them. Our server finally came with water and gave some lame excuses about why he couldn't make it the 30 feet to our table from the back. (I could watch his reflection in the glass of the window the whole time and Justin was facing the back of the restaurant)
Needless to say, we will be choosing a different Hotpot restaurant next time because the service expectations are pretty low for somewhere that you cook your own food at the table and they couldn't even manage to meet those at all.
In an interesting twist, it took them less time to remove their tag from the post I made on Facebook than it did for them to bring us water.

Lowkey one of the coolest eating experiences ever. Great food, amazing waitress. Not to mention the owner has got it be one of the coolest people I've ever met. I highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this place, as the atmosphere is great and it feels very authentic, but it just wasn't good hotpot. We did the 2 person dinner combo. Thr tomato broth lacked flavor, although the numbing one was very good. The meat which was scraps of meat they couldnt shape well didnt hold much flavor either. We are big backs so had to order another meat, the foot long tray, which was tastier at least.
We also ordered a diet coke at the beginning of our meal, and didnt get it until the very end, which was around an hour because service was incrediblely slow. Had to ask multiple times for water refills, and remind for napkins and utensils. They were super busy, but waiting 10 minutes for utensils so we could eat felt like forever.

had an amazing experience at Umami Seasons Hotpot! The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety of flavors and fresh ingredients—definitely worth every bite (5/5). The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure everything was perfect (5/5). The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a great meal (5/5). Highly recommend this place to everyone—don’t miss out!

They’re charging extra money for kids. They don’t tell you beforehand that just add it on to your total.

If you think you’re going here to share a meal think again. They charged me for my son being under 10. I ordered one order of beef she brought out 2 orders. I asked how why it was so much meat. She said that’s how it comes. We come here all the time and they’ve never brought us this much beef for 1 order. I asked for the check, instead she told me my told. I paid, she brought my receipt and it showed she charged me extra for an extra order of beef. I told her we only ordered 1 beef. She replied “it’s because he’s under the age of 10”.

Is it a la carte only now? Soup, meat, and every veggie is an add on. Probably won't be back.

It was my first time trying hotpot and it was such a great experience! The food was delicious and we were a group of 4. Our server, snea was amazing—so sweet, attentive and helpful. She explained everything really well and handled our table perfectly. Definitely recommend this place!

The owner of this restaurant must rely on first timers who don't know that at hotpot restaurants usually are $25 person FLAT. It's not normal to charge PER VEGGIE PLATE. Normally you can get all the unlimited veggies at no extra charge. This place charges about $6 PER VEGGIE option. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Everything besides the broth and meat IS ADDITIONAL. Noodles are extra, veggies are extra, starch is extra. Absolutely unheard of. We will not be back.

Food worse wonderful The waiter and waitress was great The guy at the door was heavenly they smiled they laugh they showed you where to go they didn't make us feel uncomfortable because it was our first time wonderful five stars across the board
