Very cute spot for my birthday brunch. Soft atmosphere with gentle yet commonly heard pop songs. The space is clean and well managed. The service was okay. There was only one staff member working which I feel is reasonable considering it wasn’t extremely busy. The food was tasty. I do wish the menu and experience was better explained to my group. Overall, cute little spot in a wonderful area.
Had a lovely date night here. First time doing a hot pot and the experience was something I'drecommend anyone to try. Our server was Jim and he was very welcoming and definitely knew his stuff. He walked us through the process and made us masters of Hot Pot. A little pricey but a fantastic activity with a partner or friend.
I really enjoyed my time at Umami Seasons Hotpot. The place feels cozy and welcoming and the food was honestly so good. The broth had a lot of flavor and everything tasted fresh. There were plenty of options to choose from and it made the whole hotpot experience really enjoyable. The staff were kind and attentive which made us feel comfortable the entire time. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone
