Food was amazing, and staff were very knowledgeable about selections and cuts available (shoutout to Jim). The Chongqing spicy broth added a great but not overbearing heat, while the sweeter Sukiyaki style broth paired perfectly with the beef we received. The course came with a plentiful amount of vegetables and other sides, with complementary additional spices and flavorings. Perfect place to grab a warm meal in the winter, at a great spot.
Great spot for a date night. First time there- server explained how to understand the menu. Decided on the meal for two. This was great as we were able to get a good feel for how to use the hot pot correctly and try all different kinds of things...so next time we can be a little more specific with our choices of what we like. They had me at meat volcano haha, but my favorite thing was taro, so creamy!
Fantastic service, we went in the middle of the week and it was nice and not overly crowded. We never had a lot of hotspot places until recent years so this is the first time trying it in St. Louis and it was great!
