Started with the fried spring rolls. Mushy inside, not much flavor. Good crunch.Singapore Mei Fun was tasty, but I ordered extra spicy and it was pretty much just regular, so if that's extra spicy, regular is probably bland. Not good enough to be a reason to return when there's is certainly some outstanding Singapore Mei Fun to be found in STL that's worth a drive. Now the shrimp and egg over rice was delicious. If I was already walking in the loop, I might swing back through but my impression of the reviews (lots of 5s even though those same reviews tell you what dishes not to get because they're not good) is that in this case the 4.6 overall is not a real sign of what to expect. The service was friendly and fast. Very nice people.

I’ve been to Cate Zone, the other good Chinese place in STL. Two very different restaurants, but Vegas Wok edges them out. 10 (no need to add on to the bill since no waiters) bucks buys a fantastic beef plate with veggies and rice and an excellent crab Rangoon. Many other things on the menu, like pork and braised beef and scallops. All good. I’ve never been in a smaller restaurant but it never gets too busy to get a table.

Stopped in 2 different times, months apart. Both times delicious.

They can never get your order right. Everything's more bread than meat on the sesame chicken and everything else. What I wouldn't do just to find a good Chinese restaurant in the Del Mar Loop this certainly isn't it mediocre at

This no-frills restaurant offers both Americanized and authentic Chinese dishes served with rice. I did see a few noodle soups on the authentic menu also though. It’s definitely got a Chinese following so I was confident in the authenticity. The food was delicious and prices were fair. We had the pork and spare ribs with potatoes. Both were served with rice. The portions are huge and I made two meals out of mine. My husband ate everything in one sitting. The restaurant could be easily missed as it’s not on the main loop but a few steps more and it’s right there. This also helps for immediate seating as many of the other restaurants had insane wait times.

My family have eaten here 4 times in the last 2 months. We are new to university city and found this gem! The food is always delicious wether its dine in or take out. Our most recent take out I tried the minced pork with egg plant over rice it was delicious! My husband got the house special fried rice his favorite and go to. My 6 year old got the shrimp low Mein and loved it. We always get an order of the crab Rangoon and I honestly think they are the best ones I’ve ever had LOL! When we do dine in the staff is so kind. It’s a cozy little place with a welcoming atmosphere . Definitely give Vegas wok a try you wont regret it ?

If you want noodles, go to Corner 17. If you want amazing Chinese, both Americanized and authentic, come here. We've had a few of their options and haven't found a bad one. Every dish has been worth it and makes us want to keep coming back. This is our new go to spot when we are in the area. The girl at the counter has always been nice and willing to explain stuff to us.One star off on atmosphere just because of the Styrofoam bowl they give you for rice.

Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff that was helpful. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken combo and the crab ragoon. You could tell that they use quality ingredients. The crab ragoon was made in-house from scratch. As well as the sauce on my kung pao chicken. I will definitely be back. Thank you for.
