I live in Texas but I'm from The Lou so Everytime I visit I have to have White Castle's this location did not disappoint. Great service on a snow day. Smiles and all reciprocated. My cheese fries and sliders were exactly how I expected. The frozen ones in Texas can't compare to the real deal!

Terrible customer service I order an online order and asked for honey mustard I had a long gett home no sauce in the bag I call and try to explain a lady hung up on me … I called back no answer .. and will be calling corporate disrespectful… life is already hard nobody has time for ignorance DONT GO THERE

I frequent this White Castle once or twice a month for a fairly large lunch order. The ladies that work the lunch shift during the week are always accommodating and take care of my order in a promptly manner. I always express my appreciation and feel they deserve a shout out for their customer service!

I had to come up here 3 times today because my food was made incorrectly. Instead of the manager on duty comping my order, she decided to charge me $1.53 for the cheese they forgot on my burgers twice! The manager on duty refused to give me my money back which was almost $20 and refused to give me her name. This experience was very unfortunate for so many reasons. As a business owner and GOOD HUMAN BEING I would’ve never been nasty to someone when the restaurant was at fault not once , twice but three times ! It’s a clear sign to STOP GOING TO THIS LOCATION if these are the type of people in management positions. I am disgusted at her behavior.

Was in town for family and I have loved white castle since I was 15 in elgin il and it was very good. We got to the one in Hoffman Estates IL a lot and this one was just as good. Will be back

I went to order a combo meal on the inside of the location I looked at their slow service and dirty grill alone with the spatula for the onions just covered in old brown onions...there was no burgers on the stove cooking the crew manager was taking her time for drive thru n lobby.so I asked the manager to give me my money back n left.....this olive location is not clean or worth spending your money at

The cashier had on a bonnet with excessive make up with an attitude. She tried to short me on my change. Offered no apology when it was brought to her attention, then she gave me tartar sauce instead of honey mustard for my chicken rings.
