My dad absolutely loved these breakfast sliders. Before my mom passed, they were her fave, too. They have tried the bacon & sausage. I usually get him the sausage, egg & cheese sliders w/coffee.

The burgers doesn't taste like White Castle burgers. Taste is plain and has no flavor. The fries are always cold, since they changed the packaging. I stopped going. ✋️

Went in to pick up order for door dash, manager was very rude when I asked her to double the drink carrier so the drinks would not spill out. She told me she was wasting money to do so. I asked because I had a carrier that caused me to spill a customers drink and I had to go back to the restaurant to get another drink. I guess common courtesy is too much to ask for

DROPPED THE BALL THIS TIME. Must've been a BAD DAY (HALLOWEEN OR 10 CHEESEBURGER for $8.99). Did an online order 20 mins prior still had to wait another 15 minutes be4 I got out of the line with my food ?

rude!!! the manager in duty on sunday, september 24th at 11:00 am was horri le. she refused to accept my mobile order even when i gave her my last name and tried to hive her the order number from the receipt. i am tired of going to restaurants/food establishements and more times than not you are going to get am angry, black woman with a bad attitude. go get some customer service training.

Worst white castle ever. Staff is rude, disrespectful, and racist. Straight up told a person they won't serve them because they are white. Apparently we need to go back in time and remind "THEM" of their place in the world. Be thankful your flipping burger patties and not picking cotton still. Good thing I have a nice big tree in my yard with a "ROPE SWING".
