I’ve taken my girlfriend here multiple times and every single visit has been consistently amazing. The service is always fast, friendly, and on point. The staff moves like they’re running a well-oiled sushi machine but still make you feel welcome and taken care of. Last night we were on a waitlist for 45 minutes, and honestly? That just proves how good this place is. You don’t wait almost an hour for mediocre food. When a restaurant is that packed, that consistently, it tells you everything you need to know. People want it. And once you sit down, you understand why. The food is absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented every time. Whether it’s classic rolls or specialty creations, everything tastes like it was made with care. It’s one of those spots where you finish eating and immediately start talking about what you’re ordering next time. I genuinely hope nothing changes because they’ve nailed it. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. It’s a perfect date night spot and one of the best sushi experiences in the area. Salads are crisp and fresh and the bread is warm and tasty. Chicken Parmesan is a large portion and crisp, with a tangy sauce and plenty of cheese. Seafood linguini was good and filled with lots of seafood. Tiramisu was moist , flavorful and loved the addition of fresh fruit on top.“

I was working a private event with Blues Fired Pizza on Saturday and as I was closing the truck door to begin prepping and service, a friendly warm voice from an older gentleman said “Hello!” From the side as he was talking to the event coordinator. After shift I stuck around to wander the area and wanted to check out their truck. I met Steve (that friendly warm voice that had greeted me hours before) and he asked me how I was and how we did. Asked me if I’d like to order anything. I was shocked because I didn’t want to assume I could also order- having not been part of the event. I asked if it was okay and he said “Sure! We have to take care of our own!” With a genuine smile on his face. I heard stories of this industry being a cut-throat business. I was more than willing to pay for my pizza but Steve assured me it was okay. (I did drop a tip in their tip can) 🙂 ***** I had the 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Garlic/Ranch Sauce, Chicken, Bacon, Jalapeño, Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese. (Pictured) It was AMAZING! I’m so tired of these big chain pizza places and I’m sooo happy that I went to Blues Fired Pizza’s truck! The dough was fresh, soft, and had that fire oven taste and crisp. You can tell the dough is made from scratch. I’ve driven past them numerous times in Kirkwood at their little pizza shack… but never stopped in. I’ll be glad to come by and order for sure! “We got a large fruit cake for a birthday party, and it was a hit! The birthday girl isn't a fan of most store-bought frosting, so we wanted a whipped cream frosting. The cake was beautiful and delicious (not too sweet, but the kids still came back for seconds), and the service at the bakery was excellent. Even the packaging was great; the cake box had sturdy handles, and the cake was on a firm gold board that made transporting and serving a breeze. They even included a plastic cake knife and some birthday candles! We've enjoyed their other baked goods many times, and we'll certainly be back for future cake orders.“

“We got seated promptly and our waitress was very attentive. We did not order any appetizers, but the drinks were great. They had a signature cocktail of the evening since it was Valentine's Day weekend. I got the special for the evening. 14oz bone in filet and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. The potatoes and asparagus were delicious also. My wife for the steak and fries. Nice ribeye and loads of fries. She also said that s very good. We got got a desert. They were nice and decadent and rich in flavor. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend recommend this place again. Thanks for making our evening special!“
