After working there and being a customer, I will gladly say that Sodexo has taken advantage of their employees. Upper management does not care about giving staff proper compensation for their hard work or years of loyalty to the company. New employees are often blamed for issues like food not being out fast enough or cleanliness issues when the real issue is that they try to cut corners in every way. Wow I don’t even know where to start… from finding a chicken wing with feathers still on it to getting E. Coli and going to the hospital I don’t know how to express in words how bad this catering company is. The food that is served at UCM is absolutely disgusting, improperly prepared, and is a health concern. I would not recommend eating here to ANYONE! Imagine hiring a guy who talks like this to people who are just trying to do the least harm to animals and the environment… on *their* page, while advertising who he works for. A food service group. Can you imagine asking for a vegan meal here and this is the guy you’re trusting to make the food? Ridiculous
