I'm old fashioned I leave a penny on my doorstep for Goodluck. And the delivery driver tried to take right in front of me. And acted like he did nothing when I told him to put it back. When I called Jimmy John's they acted like I was crazy for complaining. It doesn't matter of it's a penny or a 100 dollar bill it is still theft

Sandwiches were good, staff seemed to be rushed, since it is suppose to be so quickly served, however, we would have like to have added extra mayonnaise and other toppings, but they were finished with our sandwiches before we could ask for them.

Food is typical Jimmy John's which is fine but the service is horrible. I've worked at a different Jimmy John's before and everyone at this location would get fired from the one I worked at because they literally stare at you when you're trying to order and then take 10 minutes to make one sandwich when it's not busy.

Went in at 7:45 and chairs were up on tables. When I asked if we could eat in there, they were rude and said no the lobby was closed. Why would the lobby be closed 2 hours and 15 minutes before you close the store? And I'm pretty sure whoever took our order didn't even work there. We had to reach behind the counter to get lids for our cups and grab the cookies out of the jar. Terrible lazy service, would not recommend to anyone to eat here.

Showed up about 20 minutes later to pick the order up and had to wait an extra 30 minutes.Watched many people that ordered their food at the counter (20+ minutes after placing my order) get their food before my order was ready.Upon asking them about the order delay, they just said orders were taking a while, nothing more.- Order was wrong, missing items, to finish off my experience. :D
