I just wanted to highlight the exceptional service I just recieved from the young gentleman at Jimmy John's. I showed up and I guess they were not open yet, but for some reason the door opened. He greeted me very politely and informed me the door was supposed to be locked. I apologized and told him that I would come back, but he insisted that he could take care of my order.

We placed an online order at 2:22PM. When the driver brought us our order, we only received one sandwich and a drink. We were missing everything else that was supposed to be included (a second sandwich, two bags of chips, two cookies, and two pickles.) When my spouse brought this to the attention of the delivery driver, he said he would go back and bring us the rest. Fast forward an hour, and we still don't have the food. I placed an order on the app this evening. It went through on my bank account and even charged me twice. However it did not go through on the app to the store. I went in to the store and the manager was so nice. He explained that he couldn’t see it on his end and made my order anyway. He was extremely nice. I let him know if there was another issue I would come back in and pay if there was a glitch!
