Ordered two pizzas last night, both pretty customized. Both were just how I ordered <3 It was our first time trying the Tuscan chicken and sausage and my four year old has not stopped telling me how “the pizza people at the restaurant really know how to make a pizza. This is amazing”.
The whole point of online ordering is being able to pick your pizza up at the specified time. When you're on a time crunch, it matters that it's ready to go. Having to wait an additions 20 minutes after arriving is not okay. Being told your order was pushed back because of walk-in orders is unacceptable. The store was very clean, staff were extremely busy yet took the time to bring my order out to my car. This meant a lot because I have mobility issues. I went into the store initially a few minutes early. Since they needed a few more minutes, I told them I'd come back when they had time to finish. Right before I headed in, they brought it right out. Good customer service keeps me coming back.
