We ate there on September 3, 2022 and the food was excellent. I had the most tender brisket and my wife had the delicious ham. The service was excellent! We will definitely be back!
The BBQ was very good & so was the service. If we get back that way, would eat there again.
Outstanding BBQ dinner! Started out with one of the best salads I've ever had, followed up with a great meal. You have to try their pork ribeye!! Smokey goodness you can cut with a fork! The service was great too!

Hilltop Bar-B-Que is a casual, homey, and friendly restaurant offering good, decent Midwest BBQ at very reasonable prices. The food is amazing, with divine ribs that have a nice smoke line and are not too dry. The brisket sandwich is also not dry. Sides like tater salad, slaw, and baked beans are the best. Portions are huge and fill you up. The service is top notch, amazing, and even better than the food. The staff is friendly, polite, and a pro at personal interactions. The atmosphere is nice, and the locals are very friendly, making it feel like a big family dinner. The restaurant is clean, small, and cozy, with a gravel/dirt parking lot. It is wheelchair accessible with a basic setup. Hilltop Bar-B-Que has staying power and is a favorite for many, with several BBQ restaurants coming and going in Warsaw over the years but this one keeps going strong.
