The experience is alright for the most part, but I am so tired of seeing staff on their cell phones. I'd say management needs to do something but they are on their phones too. It's ridiculous. Phones should be put away and never in sight of the customer. Unless its an emergency, they should never be out. Maybe if they weren't so focused on their phones, they could get food out faster instead of pulling every car to the front of the building just for the food to come out a couple...read full review
Lines were very long but they went fast.
