We went to the Arby's in Washington MO. Their sign stated that the lobby was now open, it was not. We then went to the drive thru. I ordered iced tea and was told that they don't have tea today. I was told last week that they no longer make tea on slower days. Side note: at that visit, they were also out of Arby's Sauce. So no Arby's sauce, at Arby's.
