It’s always so difficult to find a baker for holiday pies that can SAFELY accommodate the allergies in our family (dairy, egg, and gluten) but Birdie’s knocked it out of the park! The pumpkin pie was exquisite and definitely didn’t suffer from lack of flavor like a lot of vegan and gluten free items can. We will definitely keep coming back!
Just had some cookies and cupcakes from here for the first time and OMG compliments to the baker! Gordon Ramsey would have zero complaints. It’s THAT good! So glad to have found this hidden gem!
My daughter has a severe egg allergy. I was brought to tears when I learned that everything in Birdie’s Bakeshop is egg-free and a safe food for her. Never in her life has she been able to walk in somewhere and eat anything that she wanted. Today, we were able to buy a cookie for her to enjoy and a piece of cake to bring to a friend’s birthday party tomorrow afternoon.
