We had the opportunity to sample Mosiac’s catering at a wedding venue open house…AMAZING! The owner Pat was so kind and the food was top notch! My husband cannot stop talking about the brisket! Highly recommend them for any catering needs. Planning to stop by their cafe next time we are in Washington and are planning to use them for our next family wedding!
Mosaic and Pat (the owner and chef) were AMAZING to work with for our Fall wedding at Triple 3! Their menu options provided a great variety of choices for us. We needed an entirely vegetarian menu, which Pat had no issue accommodating. He was incredibly flexible, quick to respond to questions, and brought so many great ideas to the table.
