New China Buffet Reviews
I've eaten here often, only because of the simple fact, that there are no other Chinese buffets within 30 or 40 miles. Everytime, I've eaten here I've been disappointed. The foods either cold, has no flavor, or has mysterious foreign objects in the dishes. One Friday afternoon, my crew was rained out. So, against better judgement, we decided to eat here. My boss found a piece of speaker wire mixed in his chicken and broccoli. Another time, while I was eating a ice cream sandwich,...read full review
Not trying to be disrespectful, but the employees need to speak and understand English. They all need to be able to understand what people are saying. They also need to know what the laws are. I have a service dog and was denied service. They do not understand what the ADA says about service animals. I will NEVER take my business to this establishment again.
This place is just disgusting. The food tasted horrible and was cold. The staff was beyond rude and hateful. You would be better off eating out of the dumpster behind Schnucks. Less chance of getting sick.

New China Buffet is a Chinese restaurant offering a wide variety of dishes, including Chinese cuisine, sushi, and seafood. The buffet is clean and well stocked with tasty dishes of food like the beef & broccoli and egg rolls. They take great care in changing serving spoons and wiping down tables. The ladies are always checking to see if customers need anything, such as refilling drinks. The restaurant is located off Hwy 47 next to Mattress Firm in the mini mall area.
The food quality and service can be inconsistent. While some customers find the food great and hot stuff hot, cold stuff cold, others have encountered issues with food being cold or containing unexpected foreign objects. The food warmers are sometimes turned down too low, resulting in lukewarm dishes. However, some customers have had positive experiences, noting that the hot food was hot and the desserts were the proper temperature. The price is very affordable.
The restaurant may be a reasonable option for those seeking a Chinese buffet, but caution is advised due to potential quality and service issues. Despite being close to closing time, one family noted they extended their hours, and there was plenty of food on the buffet. Everyone was attentive, cups were never empty, and dirty dishes were quickly removed. The food was incredible.
