“The people here are always friendly and the sandwiches perfect but don't order delivery because you pay way more for half the food....this is not double meat....and I ordered chocolate milk and got white and I ordered later to avoid them having to make the food in the middle of a rush, but 2 hours before closing...Why does a customer get exactly what they want but not get the same quality when the food is delivered? What happened to taking pride in your work?“

“I love Firehouse subs for so many reasons. My #1 reason is their support of the local fire departments. #2 they don't make a bad sandwich! All of the sandwiches are amazing. My 2 favorites are the pepperoni pizza meatball and the seasonal favorite Chicken Parm Meatball sub. I feel like the chicken parm sub should be a regular menu item, NOT just a seasonal one.“

“It was a trip down memory lane, ordering subs here. Haven't had a Blimpie sub since I was a teenager. They are STILL as delicious as I remember! The staff knew what they were doing and were a pleasure to interact with. The scent of sliced onions and vinegar greeted you when you opened the door! I can't wait to go back!!!“

“This is my absolute favorite subway in town! Kat and Tori (spelling) are always there and always so welcoming and friendly. My kids LOVE getting to see them make their sandwiches and they always refer to them as “sister” and sometimes remember the ingredients to their sandwiches. Today cat and Tori were even more awesome than normal. I assume making sandwiches is sometimes a thankless job, but I hope those two know their making four kiddos and me smile and they come up in conversation regularly strictly because they’re customer service is amazing! Thank you Kat and Tori!“

“This subway was great. Food was fantastic the people were nice. One lady did come up and have a chat with me, sat down at the table. She was pushy about me trying to get her to food from where I work at. I didn't appreciate that. I just wanted to eat my food and leave. But she kept asking and I told her no a few times. Seems like she didn't get the hint.. but she eventually left me alone.

“About 5 years ago Jimmy John's came out with a sandwich called The Frenchie, it is no longer available, but a "Plain Slim#5 on French Bread" is basically the same thing, and don't forget the "Kickin Ranch Dip" . Amazingly Good.“

“Went into this store on Wednesday 4/25/2024. They had a line in the drive through so we went inside. Inside was a lone teenage girl working. She apologized stating she had to get these on line orders done as door dashers were coming in and having to wait. I told her no worries. She was working as fast as she could but you could see the stress and frustration as the inside line began to build up and then people began leaving. The young girl again apologized for the wait again I told her not to worry about it. I asked if she was alone to which she replied “yes” I said how many orders have you got? She replied about 20. This kid had 20 orders to fill and still had drive through and walk in customers. I apologize to her and said we’d have to go to another location. I give this young lady 5 stars for her attitude as the smile never left her face even when you could see the stress on it. I can’t speak on the mgt as idk what the circumstances were that led to her being alone but I do know it should NOT have happened.Now, If that young lady sees this review just know you were doing great though we left it was NOT on you we had cold groceries and simply weren’t able to wait that long. From what I saw you have a great work ethic and a great personality which is rare today. Subway better hang tight to you because I expect you to go far in life“
