Le Macaron French Pastries

I got a 4 pack of macarons (pistachio, madagascar vanilla, white chocolate lavender & red velvet) and I honestly didn’t enjoy any of them except maybe the pistachio. The texture and consistency were on point, but the flavor was seriously lacking. The vanilla and red velvet tasted like nothing. I couldn’t find the lavender in the white choc/lavender one. The pistachio was the only one with any real flavor. On top of that, 3 out of the 4 tasted freezer burnt which was majorly disappointing. I had much higher expectations from a French pastry chef but I’ve had grocery store macarons better than these. There are too many bakeries in the area with phenomenal, flavorful, non-freezer burnt macarons (less expensive too) to justify returning to this place.

An excellent place to get authentic French pastries, Macarons, and chocolates. Macarons are not easy to get right, but Le Macron makes them exactly like the best ones that I have had in France. Having a coffee bar is a bonus.

Excellent place for a savory treat. The Gelatos were yummy 😋. We loved the fresh macarons. My sister loved her cup of cappuccino. Defective coming back when in the area ! Thank you for the great service as well.

Overpriced frozen desserts. We can taste the freezer from our tiramisu, chocolates are all overly sweet. Will not go back again.

LeMacaron French Pasteries of St. Louis has all kinds of delicious pasteries, eclairs, tarts, croissants, macarons, candies, meringues, and gelato — so many to choose from! They also offer many coffees and teas, cold beverages, and French wine! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. LeMacaron is in the Old Webster Groves business area and is very nice! There is outside seating in front with bright pink patio umbrellas, and lots of seating inside. They have a lower level area that can be reserved for parties or meetings, as well as a lower level outside courtyard seating and more bright pink patio umbrellas! LeMacaron is a great place to go to relax— quiet and comfy. On some evenings, they have live music and it’s festive and fun!

Bought a variety of macaroons and a couple beignets and they were stale. Got them to go and discovered it once home. This was a pricey treat too, $17 for 6 macaroons

The lemon meringue tart was phenomenal! My family took home a selection of macarons and the favorites were Cherry, salted caramel and a basil infused one. Delicate and perfect texture. True macarons! Will definitely go back while we are in town

If I could give the service more stars, I would. Above and beyond on the delivery. AND the macarons are delectable! Light and sweet. Perfect for a special gift. Highly recommended.
