Robust Bistro & Wine Bar offers a terrific dining experience with a fantastic hummus dish and a wonderful selection of wines. The outdoor area is quite nice, and the staff is very friendly. The charcuterie with meat and cheese is very good, although some dishes like the crab cakes and shrimp and grits needed more seasoning. The restaurant provides excellent service, a great selection of wine, and a dinner menu with many gluten-free options. The smoked cheddar cheese plate is a must-try, along with the best gluten-free crackers. The wine flight, Bibb salad, and Coq Au Vin are all delicious choices, served with individual portions already plated. Live music adds to the enjoyable atmosphere.
