Brett Hull's Junction House Reviews
This place is shady as hell, there’s never anyone there for management and when you have a problem no one can do anything without a manager. Spent over $70 4 weeks ago and they couldn’t fulfill my order and that they would give me a refund. Here it is almost 5 weeks now. Can’t talk to anyone and can’t get a hold of anyone because they’re “busy” this place is a joke. Keith seems like an awful owner/manager. I won’t be back
This place is poorly managed. On Thanksgiving they had their online ordering open. So my husband and I ordered some food for dinner. We never received a call letting us know since the order went through you know the business was aware and so the bartender told us they would refund our money, $74. Here we are with multiple attempts from myself and my husband and still no refund, January 1. Apparently...read full review
We came in Sunday and had Monica as both our server and bartender. We brought a HUGE crew with us (both adults and kids). She was SO wonderful with the kids, attentive and patient. The food was excellent and my mother in law said that Monica made the best margarita she’s ever had! We will be back and we WILL ask for her again!
Thank you so much!

Brett Hull's Junction House is a restaurant with a great atmosphere and above-average food that keeps customers coming back. The outdoor area can sometimes be dirty, with reports of cigarette butts and trash, which can create a bad impression. While the service at the bar has been praised as fantastic, there are still some concerns about the overall service being average. The Mother's Day brunch buffet was a mixed experience, with some finding it mediocre and overpriced, while others enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The music selection has also been a topic of discussion, with some guests preferring different genres for a more suitable dining experience. The rooftop seating can be unreliable, but the environment and service can still make for an enjoyable experience. Despite some drawbacks, the restaurant's charm and decent food, such as the Sweet Tea Chicken Sandwich, make it a worth-trying spot.
