Passed 4 cars in lane 1 before checking on lane 2.
Extremely incompetent and very rude. What part of no cheese only pickle don’t they understand.
Overall, the food and service was fabulous. Best I’ve been to. Other than that. There were females I presume sorry lol I miss gender them. They were extremely load and obnoxious and were continuously laughing the entire time I was there with my family.

McDonald's - Neela Rd offers a mixed experience for customers. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with one employee, Serenity, going above and beyond to make a child's birthday special by providing ice cream and a toy. The management is noted for handling busy times well, even accommodating large groups effectively. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the new service model, particularly the focus on drive-thru and the kiosk ordering inside, which can lead to missed items and longer wait times. Despite these concerns, reviews highlight the overall cleanliness of the location and the fast, courteous service. While there may be occasional order inaccuracies, many customers report positive experiences and commend the management and staff for their efforts.
