Always friendly service always great frappuccinos I love me some Starbucks. The only negative I have to say is it's hard to get into the parking lot because of how the building's angled on a corner with a stoplight.Parking: Not a lot of places to park Plus it's a little shopping center with two or three other places that customers can attend to
I have went through many many times before and my Vanilla Bean Frappuccino has never been messed up. I order a small(I can never remember what their sizes are unless Im looking at the menu) the lady didn't tell me my total. Went around to the window the lady asked cash or card no biggie I handed her my card then she told me the total after she ran my card, I apologized told her it was suppose to be a small not a large(I can't drink that much ?). I have been a loyal Starbucks fan for years!!! But our hometown, Starbucks, is CRAPPY!!! The drive-thru sign is an eye sore. The customer service is hit and miss, with mostly misses. The wait time can be 10 or more minutes. I recommend you try the new coffee shop in town.
