The customer service is top notch!! The employees are always super friendly and helpful. Love the fresh ingredients, big smiles, loyalty app and text alerts. Thank you Wentzville Smoothie King!!😍
Max and Ian, where do I begin. Their service was immaculate, I came in not knowing at all what I was going to order and they both assisted me to find me the right thing on the menu that I was describing. They got right to work and produced my smoothie with delicacy and quickness. They had a smile on their face the whole time and that meant the world to me. Props to them for making my first time experience at smoothie king so great.
The environment was really friendly and my questions were answered quickly.

Smoothie King offers a diverse menu of smoothies, with a customer service experience that can vary. While some customers praise the helpful and polite staff, others report inconsistent service. The restaurant is known for its positive messages on cups, often provided by employees who are familiar with regular customers' orders. However, the overall customer experience can be mixed, with some reviews highlighting the challenges of a business run by young staff. Despite these occasional issues, Smoothie King remains a popular destination for those seeking refreshing smoothies, particularly during the summer months.
