I’m leaving this review mainly as constructive feedback for the owner/management because I think there are some training and accountability opportunities here.
There were three employees working when we came in. One stayed in the back and never came out, one was handling the drive-thru, and one was washing dishes. The service was not great, and
I sure was glad to see the billboard on I-70 advertising for smoothie king. It was a little bit of a detour, but it hit the spot halfway through my 9-hour drive!
