Worst customer service ever. They are always out of food. The staff are not trained properly. They can not even identify a piece of chicken. At minimum you should be able to tell a breast from a thigh and say please and thank you. This particular location has always had problems. I would not ever recommend them.

Alright, so I am NEVER a complainer, nor do I ever usually write reviews for bad service. However, I understand this place is undergoing changes, however, for a 15 minute wait, the food was cold, and lastly, while I am standing there waiting like a normal human being, and I kept getting eyeballed from behind the counter like I was doing something wrong, and all I was doing was waiting for my food 🤣.
