Never got to order but I pulled into a stall and was told they don't use them to go to drive through. I went to a stall because drive through had 9 cars already, but the time I waited for the car behind me ro move up( that was in the line of the drive through) to get in the drive through I had already been waiting 10 minutes
Absolutely trash place. Why have the option to order ahead when your drive through is the only option. I’ve not been waiting 30 freaking minutes for a limeade and a snack. Absolutely ridiculous and there is no way of getting my money back and now I’m late for an appointment. Be more respectful of people and their time.

What a doozy tonight was! We ordered through the mobile app, checked in at the store, waited 25 minutes and our food still wasn’t out. We pressed the button to ask what was going on. They said stalls were closed and the drive thru was the only option. Unfortunately, there were about 10 cars in the drive thru and we really didn’t want to have to wait any longer. We asked for a refund and the employee said there wasn’t any way for them to process it. I’ve been on the phone...read full review
