Short handed while training someone. Erica is making it happen and delivering the promise!
Went through the drive-thru tonight and they served me raw chicken in the chicken nuggets. Went up to talk to them about it. Didn't say anything about it, didn't give me an apology. Threw some more chicken in a bag and shoved it out the window at me. Save your money or spend it somewhere that cares.
Walked into angry workers arguing back and forth. Food was good and fresh, but teach your employees how to act in public.... wow, wish I would have just turned around and left. I get some days are stressful but figure that out in the back room or something.
