I stopped to pick up food for my granddaughter, I waited almost 45 minutes for a 6 wing meal, I asked how much longer and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I asked how long wings cook and was told 13 minutes. People who came in after I placed my order were given their food and left long before my order was ready. No explanation nor apologies just shoved the bag at me. I will definitely never go back there!
Fernell was very nice and respectful to me tonight this evening when I came in to get some food I am very happy with his service and hospitality we need more workers like him nowadays
Super good food, but service is extremely slow. Went in for a pick up order one night and was waiting for it to be ready, other people had came and went picking up their order and never got called to see confirmation of their order, but I the guy at the counter asked to see my order verification, which was no big deal, but I was thinking why was I the only one asked… just odd to me.
