Cafe Whimsy is a friendly place with excellent meals. The chef cooks fresh food on-site, with huge portions at a moderate price. The staff, including the owner's daughter, are great. Teresa provided flawless service to a large group, serving warm, delicious food like homemade biscuits and amazing loaded hash browns.
