Sat in the drive through for 13 minutes to find out no one had been working the drive thru with a whole line of cars waiting. Kids running the place, half the time they are out of foods, going down hill now that the new has warn off. Sad.

Had a big order. One of my kids ordered the Rachel and it came with no cheese. Ordered a kids meal for my son and it was missing his fruit and cookie. My husband requested vinaigrette dressing and he got ranch. Yes I should have checked more before driving off as we live 40 minutes away, but come on. Trying to call the store back keep getting busy tone on the line. We had a lot of drinks, cashier offered to put it on a plastic bag for us as no drink carriers.
I called last week and was told they would refund me. Checking bank account no refund came in. Trying to call the store and constant busy tones.

Our server messed up our order and was very unfriendly. Management was very friendly and offered to correct it.

Out of salads, out of Spuds, finally ordered 2 sandwiches, Order took 40 minutes, bread on one sandwich soggy and bread on club burned, they said they were short handed....( Not my problem). Need better Management...

I love eating at McAlester’s, however, I don’t know why this location charges you $1.38 to substitute mayonnaise for ranch. That’s a wild concept, given a sandwich already costs $11 + without a drink. I would rather eat my food dry than spend an additional $1.38 for a little bit of sauce to be substituted. Maybe there’s a mass ranch shortage going on that’s not talked about.

So much herb mayo on my BLT+A it tasted more like an Italian panini. When I informed the counter employee. She said “ that’s the way it’s supposed to be” and didn’t allow me to have one made with less mayo. I left the rest of the meal. Customer service under par.

Prices are a bit high but; grabbing a 2 choice combo and a gallon of tea has always been a deal I can't resist!

My first time going and first impression was it was clean. I went when one other person was waiting on there order and my wait time was around 20 to 25 minutes which wasn't ideal. I ordered a 6 in sandwich and got a side soup (small, so small infact it isn't worth 4 dollars) and large Dr. Pepper. I was told the cost was 19 dollars and some change but I went to see how long ago my card was charged because I was getting tired of waiting for food I seen I was charged 23 dollars when I asked the girl seemed confused however didn't even try to check if I was over charged. Ultimately no sandwich the size of your hand and tiny soup is worth 23 dollars and a 20 minute wait.
