We're not new to Mcalister's, we've been eating at our local ones for 12+ years. We stopped in at this one despite the rating and happy we did. Same old good service and food. Cashier was patient, food was great per usual, was checked on twice by lobby person and she offered to refill our drinks. Resturant and bathrooms were spotless.
Our local restaurant is not great with take out orders as well so I hope this store can do better and get a better reviews,...

I like this place. The food is just okay. The employees, however, are fantastic and super nice. Great ice tea and lemonade. Price is a bit on the high side for what it is. I'll still come back occasionally to break up the monotony of just going to a few places to eat.

I would had given 5 stars on all but every time I order my usual it's never the same as before. Also if you order the fixins with a gallon of tea they don't know what that is sadly.
