Everyone through whole experience was excellent. The doctors, nurses, technicians and support personal were all very intelligent, very kind and explanced all procedures very well. I am so thankful I live close to O M C.
The medical staff was great. They answered all our concerns and questions. The receptionist Wanda in the emergency room was very rude and does NOT have very good people skills!
My grandfather came in and was having delusions, had pneumonia and a bunch of fluid on his lungs. They did not test to see if he was septic at any point while he was there and he ended up having septic shock from the infection in his bloodstream. They then told me there was no reason they could admit him. We had to then have him taken to a different hospital by ambulance the next day to find out he had been septic and a whole list of things that were wrong. I would not recommend...read full review
