I went to Taco Bell tonight and witnessed my food being spit in by Sara Philpott. When I go to get my money back the manager Matt is so high that he couldn’t even refund me the right amount of money. I had to go back in and get the right change and he still couldn’t even get that right. I was called a liar by the manager and many of the employees. I’m frustrated because none of our fast food restaurants can manage to read their order screen and get my unsweetened tea correct. Not only did I get a sweet tea, but was told they were out of ice. If you’re going to charge ridiculous prices for beverages, give me what I ORDERED!

What a letdown started out with all the drive-through lights off, making it look closed. Then Soda was warm and flat. Said ice machine was broken.
