Placed order at kiosk for dine in -- my food was in a bag.
The soda machine was out of ice -- an employee said it is broken.
They had forks only -- an employee said they have no knives (not temporarily out of stock, just that they don't have any; since when?).
The Enchirito was 2/3 cold beans, and the meat finally appeared in the last 1/3 of it. I had to hack at it with no knife. The enchilada sauce was very good though.

The girl that was on the speaker and window was rude and not friendly at all. She probably shouldn't have a customer service job
