The food here is usually pretty good, and I was this time as well, just not as warm as I'd like.I ordered on the app, which told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes later to find that my food was ready faster than that, which is good, but it wasn't super hot due to that.I also found out that I couldn't get the shake that I ordered because they only had the coffee(?) My online order is always messed up, or they're out of something and have a hard time fixing the order. Then everyone is standing around, and nobody helps. I do an online order, so it doesn't take an hour while I'm there, but I still have to go inside every time cause something isn't right.

Stopped for a milk shake...2nd night in a row the drive thru chick was not nice or cordial. Handed me the shake and both times she had barely put the lid on it...tonight ...the dang thing popped off...all over my pants leg,car door, and floor board! Did not even get to have one sip from the shake as well! Get it together Jack's! It's not that hard to smile and be friendly...or do the job at hand correctly.Not sure I'll visit next time I'm working in Amory.
