We had ordered food the other afternoon and our food was dry and my chicken wrap looked hours old it was even stuck to the paper, over all dry and nasty. Me, my kids and my mom have had stomach problems since. We also waited for 15 mins in line to order and get out food only to get old food, if I wasn't already on the interstate I would have take everything back for a refund.

Me and my son stopped in while waiting for an event and there was not any guest in the lobby we ordered and the staff was really nice and friendly and after ordering waiting a few for the food which I'm assuming would be fresh but my son chicken was hard as a rock but the other things were decent but I understand it's hard to constantly keep fresh food with no customers but hope this location pics up and is supported since we love Arby's

Ordered at drive thru one car pulled up by window waiting on food, I was asked to wait to have my order taken for about a min and half the person that took my order had to be corrected a few times then I pulled up noticed I had ordered large drinks he was making med they fixed that had to ask for napkins to wipe drink off the cups so they would not drip all inside my Tahoe then was asked to pull up for my order for about 10 min oh also asked to folks for Arby’s sauce. When we got home and unwrapped order we PAID FOR 3 #2 double meats we had Regular meat Which were cold and fries with more end cuts than curly fries and not one pack of sauce I only write this because I want this Arby’s to make it here and not close like the last one did but some things need to be fixed I’d say NOBODY wants to pull up ,give customers what they ask for , if you would not eat it don’t serve it when you get to the bottom of the frie bag get a new one for what you charge I’m sure you could trash the crumb fries and when you make someone wait bring out hot food and maybe thank them for waiting not just give them the bag and walk off gotta do better folks.

Went at 2:35pm today (Wednesday) no customers inside or the drive thru - ordered 4 roast beef jalapeño sliders - 2 med drinks - large fry and asked for Arby sauce. Paid and was ask to pull up (still no customers inside or out) -she brings our food out - we drive off - we have 2 roast beef jalapeño sliders (not 4 like we ordered) - 2 drinks - large fry and no Arby sauce…not one pack. Everytime we have been our order is incorrect - we will not try again and I hope others get tired of this type of bad service. Might be different if super busy - again - not one customer inside or the drive thru…..pitiful.

Just passing through from vacationing in the South and stopped here. The staff was SO friendly! The lady at the counter was super chatty and put a smile on our faces. Our order was all correct, plenty of sauces and a TON of napkins for the road. ❤️ These ladies deserve some recognition!

I came to the drive-through yesterday and had the pleasure of Miranda taking my order. She was super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her while I was waiting for my food. Once I left, I realized that there was a small issue with my order and I contacted her at which time she immediately reassured me that she would fix my order, if I wanted to come in today. I don’t know how she did it, but she even remembered what I ordered whenever I walked in the door. They replaced my meal and were very quick and friendly about it. You did an amazing job bringing her on your team and I will definitely be a return customer. Keep up the great work!!

I usually look at reviews before I go somewhere.. And I was disappointed in the 2.4 rating… But everyone was praising a “Maranda” at this Arby’s.. well i decided to give it a try and i was fortunate enough to meet Mrs Maranda today.. She went ABOVE and beyond with my service and had the prettiest smile. I would go back just for her!
Ps… i let her know that she had lots of customers that was really pleased with her and she was shocked (: Keep up the good work love!

Not very pleasant employees. Did not want to make fries with no salt. Did not give me the option to do customize my order online. So I aksed and got the grief!
