Meat was dry on my sandwich , bun was stale , and the fries were cooked in old grease , ( I never review anything but I had to ) this was my first and last experience with batesville Arby’s . Oh by the way. Out of apple turnovers at 73o pm 10/24//2025 on a fri evening .. now I understand why the parking lot was empty and no one in the dinning hall .. that’s usually a good indicator… DUMBASS ME !! Never again !! Worst Arby’s I’ve ever visited !!

Drive thru was SUPER slow!!! Order taking slow..cash window slow..food prep slow. One person on both inside and drive through register. Food was really good. Service just sucked.

I can’t complain about the food, it was delicious, as always. Really hard to screw up such good ingredients! Ha!
I got the French dip, cheese sticks & a strawberry lemonade. I was the only person there & there were only 2 employees working (one working the drive thru & one cook). I had to wait to be noticed & when I finally got to give my order I was interrupted multiple times so the drive thru orders could be taken. I found it very rude to be ignored when standing right in front of the employee… like I wasn’t as important as those in the drive thru. Also, they seemed to be out of several things. I wanted the peach lemonade, but they were out. Also, I had to go back to get my dipping sauce for my cheese sticks & they were out of marinara & had to get ranch instead. While I was eating inside, another potential customer came in & asked for something & they were out of that too.

Went there 4 times for new Philly Cheese steak, I was told 3 times we ran out. The 4th time they said it was a trial and no longer available!

Thay don't listen i am allergic to Manassas and thay put Manassas on it that don't care what people say and apparently don't know what plane means I got pickles lettuce a tomato Manassas mustard and something I don't know what it was but people dont listen if I could rate a 0 i would but the lowest i can rate is a 1 that are lazy there where 4-5 of them in there and thay where on there phones

My son wanted the orange sickle shake Arby's now offers. I've been to the Arby's in Batesville 4 times in the past 5 weeks. That shake machine has been broke during the entire time. This time, I spoke with the manager, who informed me she just took over the store and to please give her a few days to get things back in order, including the shake machine. So I'll be back to let you know whether the issues have been fixed or not. Maybe one day, my son (who is currently in a physical rehabilitation facility because of a speeding driver with no insurance) will finally get his orange cream shake! 🤔

This place will shut down again if they cant get it together. Waited 10 mins in line with only one other car at the window and NO ONE in the inside. Nobody picked up and said one second or im sorry for the wait or anything. I drove off. Poor managment

Miranda is the BEST thing that comes from Arby’s. It used to be good but now when you go they are either out of roast beef or buns or cookies.

Set in the drive thru for over 30 minutes hire better people . Workers was rude also on top of the all day wait I will never be back place needs to be shut down
