Employee was unprofessional, a young man of unknown nationality, who spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, stating my card would decline before I even inserted it. He was also rude to my wife, informing us the slushy machine was broken and would never be fixed, for my kind!! which I perceived as a personal slight due to my African American heritage. I request that corporate contact me as soon as possible.
Everyone is friendly. Great service. Plus I work there and I enjoy working every one there very friendly
For some strange reason they tried to fix something that wasn’t broken. They have changed the recipe on their barbecue sauce the barbecue sauce that was so good. It didn’t matter what you dipped in it. It’s now replace with a watered down catch up version. I’m sure it was called sufficient But not worth the change it is so disgusting and so disappointing to not have the spicy thick barbecue sauce that they once had definitely saving some money though, but not going there...read full review
