Did mobile app at 8:42 pulled up at 9:10 order was not ready was asked to pull up when they brought food out some of order was missing had to knock at the door to get the rest of our food because door was locked please do better also ordered sweet spicy wings and wings were hardly covered in sauce if you ask someone to pull up at least make sure order is right when you bring it out so better please

Despite being fully staffed, had no organization. waited about 20 minutes for 3 meals. I couldn’t go to the bathroom because the whole time both managers are yelling at customers asking who’s order us who’s and throwing away orders at the same time if no one responds. worst popeyes experience I’ve ever had AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.

Got sweet/spicy wings and garlic/parmesan wings. Cheap chicken with dark bones, mostly crust. Parmesan/garlic is disgusting, they should take it off the menu. My DD driver was great. Wish I knew how to barf it up.

Ordered hot wings. They were dry and lacked seasoning. I believe they were old also. The dirty rice bowl was not full. Only had a small amount. It didn't taste fresh.
