Pretty bummed, came here during lunch today to have a "cheat" day (and eat carbs). My pretzel was dry, stale and chewy :( The lady behind the counter was super nice, but if that food isn't good, kinda kills the whole experience for me. *sigh*
Found a piece of jalapeño in my 2 year olds cinnamon sugar pretzel and when I contacted management they didn't even offer a sorry much less contact me back!! Will never go there again!
