The food is always hot and we got fast service is excellent, everyone is always so nice. Even the runners of the food are so nice when they arrive with our food:
Food is generally good(especially country fried steak), but my problem with them recently is removing the usual additional free side from entrees. That effectively increases the meal price by $8-$10 if you want the side, and still leaves the entree price alone. Not cool.
