I like this Popeyes BUT PLEASE STOP HIRING THESE BRAIN FRIED TEENAGERS THAT HAVE ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS! If yal are backed up and it’s a 20 minute wait on chicken TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT WHEN U ASK THEM TO PULL UP! All of you fast food restaurants are just like the government right now yal act like we work for yal when it’s the other way around! Without us the consumers yal DO NOT EXIST! Show some decorum and let people know there is a bit of a wait. SIMPLE
I gave it a 3 instead of a 4 or 5, is because the employee became argumentative with a customer about any incorrect order she made & as opposed to simply apologizing, she became louder & had a horrible attitude. But, today, food was fresh, there was very little wait time(and it was a rush hour). Also, I found it unprofessional to whisper, point, & laugh at tee guest while standing in true presence. Just rude!!
the chicken strips were skimpy and dry and thickly covered with their nonspicy fried recipe...like shoestrings! Maybe we just got a bad batch- but not brave enough to try again. Chicken dinner was fine.
