After a long day I decided to order dinner for my daughter and self. Open the container grabbed a pickle as I am chewing I notice black spots on the container lid. Lifted the food paper and see even more black spots. I called my daughter and she had the same. This McAllister's location was a complete disaster in my opinion. I went there with my sister and her friend, and it was nothing but chaotic. To begin with, they didn't honor the tea pass that was advertised. On top of that, the staff at the register seemed clueless. Monthly passes were also not acknowledged, so don't bother purchasing them. When I asked to speak with the manager, they refused to come out and address my concerns, claiming they were too busy. I keep giving them chance after chance but word to the wise - if you want to order from this McAlister's and have it delivered by any of the 3rd party services you may as well just go ahead and order and pay for what you want and then plan to get whatever parts of your order they decide to send!! I can count on one hand how many of my orders from here in the last year have been on time and accurate. You have been warned.
